Five Month Happenings

You are such a happy guy.  Your fifth month was filled with fun.  Here are some of the things you did -

While your brother and sisters stayed in Meridian with Grandma Alyce and Grandpa Bill you got to spend the week touring the South with mom and Dad.

We spent a couple days in Savannah Georgia where we all enjoyed a little sun and some great food.

Touching the iron dolphin for good luck on our Savannah Dan walking tour.

Chilling in the hotel - You and mom did a lot of this and walking and shopping because dad had to work for a few of the days.

 Hilton Head, South Carolina
Your first look at the Atlantic Ocean

Obviously you weren't all that impressed -
You did like relaxing with mom and dad in the lounge chairs though.
And you put up quite well with mom's casted broken hand.  It was a big pain for her to deal with though.

A stop in Augusta during the Masters Golf tournament.  We didn't get to see any golfing, just the crowds that came with it.
 First MLB game

When we flew back to Boise you got to spend a little bit of time with Grandma Alyce

Daddy likes to hold you while he is on the computer or playing wii with the kids.  You are usually pretty happy with daddy.  You get excited and squeal when you see him come home.

Trey celebrated his 4th birthday on April 15th.

We went to the Tulip Festival with Grandma Helen and Hy.  Grandma Alyce stayed with us for a few days too.

Your first time coloring Easter Eggs.

Tasha celebrated her 9th birthday
She had an ice skating party.  Grandma watched you in the freezing cold party room and you fell asleep during the cake and presents.

Your First Easter!

We took pictures in your new clothes before church.  After Church your great grandma Helen and Hy came for Easter Dinner.  You seemed to really want some of what we were having so we made you some rice cereal.  You were not at all fond of it, and spit it out.

We had to get some photos of you with Great Grandma Helen and Hy before they headed back to Utah.

All in all it was a super busy month!

Five months old and meeting Grandpa Bill

I broke a bone in my hand about a week before you turned 5 months.  It kept me from taking as many pictures and blogging as much as usual, on top of many other things.  Needless to say, I didn't get a picture of you on March 29th, but this pic was taken a few days after when we drove to Boise to drop Tasha, Trey and Tamsyn off for Spring break.  It was Grandpa Bill's first time to meet you in person.
