Crying Faces

The other day Dantley was laughing and playing so cute in his saucer, that I decided to go get the camera... this is what I came back to.  I guess he didn't like me leaving the room during the middle of our game... but since I already had the camera, I had to get some pictures anyway.

Plus... aren't those sad expressions just priceless.  Even adorable when crying.  Makes me want to pick him up right now and give him a cuddle.

I wanna drink!

Tasha took these action shots of Dantley demanding a drink.  I love his chubby little hands grabbing the bottom of the cup.

4 months!

Can't quite believe how the time has flown.  Dantley is getting so big.  He is such a joy to have around.  We love his giggle and his coos and his half cry half laugh when he is tired.  He is rolling and practicing crunches now.  I want to soak up all of this stage while I can, it is such a fun age!
Pictures taken after church on Sunday Feb 27th 2011.

So with these close ups of him with all of the kids... who do you think he looks like?

I think he is a bit of a cross between Tamsyn and Tasha, but not so much Trey.  But I have people tell me all the time that he looks like Trey... Maybe they just say that because they feel like they need to say something and he is the brother.

Happy 4 months little D-man!

He had 2 shots and an oral.  Did not want to swallow the oral medication, he kept spitting it out and the nurse called him a little stinker for it... in a sweet way of course.  Tamsyn held his hand while he got his shots.  She was very worried about him.  He cried a bit afterward and then was alright until night time when his leg seemed pretty sore and he cried a lot more than usual.  His skin on his cheeks and upper chest is still really irritated and sensitive.  It is dry and cracks and needs lots of cream.  The Dr. suggested trying aquafore for a while, or an over the counter cortisone cream.
